I strongly recommend you to buy it even if there a little more expensive, and YES its known in the swimming circle that you can gain severel seconds witch is very significant in competitions. THEY SAY THAT THE FABRIC IS SIMILAR TO A SHARKS SKIN SO THE WATER SORT OF SLIDES ON IT. aND YOUR BULGE WILL BE MORE EVIDENT IN THEM FOR SURE. aLSO THE SPEEDO AQUABLAD HAS THE SAME CARACTERISTICS AND EVEN BETTER, I have both those suits here and I couldnt get along without them.
