If you look at Scott's site: Unlimited muscle.com,you'll notice a swimmer on the top right column that is wearing the remains of 2 speedos. Simply click on #1 in the swimmers section. There's a practical side to wearing 2. Origionally, they were used to create more "drag" in the water. Also, it was a way of using old suits that the chlorine had destroyed. The color would fade out and holes would eventually occur.
