unfortunately YES. That is exactly what may happen. If the parents even suspect their son may be gay, and hanging out at a gay mans house, his life is over, even without the kid saying anything. Now lets take for instance the chance that the boy is innocent and only wants to swim, we know that this world has people that are narrow minded. If you get permission form the parents, let it be known they need to be there too, or definitely refuse. He may not understand, but you will at least be safe from prosecution. With the state of the world at this time, yes we do need a lawyer for everything. What would it take to have this kid make up a story of how he advanced on him sexually, and yes, his life will be over, even if he is innocent and is proven in court, but he will be branded a molester anyway, and probably be out an awful lot of money. Sorry so glum, but i have seen it. So be safe, and wear those speedos tight and proud. Love you guys. Tom
